Well Luv, I’m Dee-Dee Devin, Transformational Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach and I’m the (wildly passionate and crazy positive) teacher you’ve been looking for.

In case we haven’t met yet, I serve busy, burnt out women of a certain age lose weight with pleasure and build unshakable body confidence without deprivation (or weird diets) without giving up chocolate!

There’s only one thing standing between where you are now and the magnificent, healthy, strong, radiant woman you want to be. And you’re not going to find it flipping through O magazine, or any other bizarre detox, diet, cleanse or cookbook.

And even better – it doesn’t require you to give up your so-called “guilty” pleasures, either!

Because here’s the deal: You can’t starve, beat up or deprive yourself into a hot, healthy and deliriously happy woman.

This is exactly why diets don’t work long term – because who in their right mind wants to punish themselves for months, years or the rest of a lifetime?

In fact, the real secret to having a body and life you freakin’ adore is to do just the opposite and start feeding yourself and your desires instead.

What the heck do I mean by that, you ask?!

Well, I believe true health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit.

Which means we have to take loving care of (read; feed) every part of our lives – our career, relationships, interests, desires – to be fully healthy. (And radiant, glowing, gorgeous, you know the drill!)

But here’s the deal: Most of us aren’t.

Most of us – especially women past mid-life – deny ourselves the very things that would keep us healthy, hot and humming along: like an incredible, sheet-shakin’ lover, or a group of giggly girlfriends to invite over for brunch, or luxurious free time to create, paint and play.

And it’s when these deeper desires go unmet that we start to see problems in our bodies, and our lives, that keep us stuck, hopeless and feelin’ frumpy!


You can’t starve, beat up or deprive yourself into a hot, healthy and deliriously happy woman.

We down four glasses of sugary, sweet wine because our partner won’t talk to us, negating our whole workout.

Or we skip the gym (again) because we feel like we just have to babysit the grandkids, and then stew about it all night.

Or we simply can’t get the mean girl in our head to shut up about how jiggly our thighs are, so we tuck away our favorite pretty print dress we picked out for dinner into the back of our closets and plop back on the sofa instead.

Denying our desires derails our weight and fitness goals more than we realize.

And unfortunately – and worst of all – this denial stops us from becoming the woman we were innately born to be!

But gorgeous, I’ve got news almost as fabulous as you are:

YOU can change it all starting today.

Because you have always been, and always will be, the one you’ve been waiting for.

Here’s a little known secret, “If you want to know your Greatness, you’ve gotta stop asking for Permission!”

Once you learn how to pay exquisite attention to and feed your one beautiful body, mind and soul (which is my specialty!)….that’s when EVERYTHING changes.

That’s when healthy eating becomes easy (and fun).
And you start to actually like – and respect – what you see in the mirror.

Feed your desires, and watch your body and life change, for good.

It took me many years to realize I was the one I’d been waiting for, and that I really did have the control over who I became.


Today, I really am ‘that woman’ who has relentless amounts of energy, who LOVES waking up to each new day and who can eat all the chocolate I want without gaining a pound.

But things weren’t always this incredible.

It took me 15 years as a personal trainer (I started at 40 – a feat in itself!) to realize that beating myself up in the gym and obsessively counting calories was NOT working.

After awhile, I got so sick of watching the same people (myself included) kill themselves at the gym, lose a little weight and then pile it right back on that I knew something had to give.

But here’s what I realized: My clients’ issues with weight, food and the image in the mirror were never just about food and exercise.

Because real weight loss doesn’t happen in the gym. (Truth be told; it’s Only 10%) It’s what happens after you leave the gym that matters.

Your relationships, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat or how many reps you can do on the squat machine!

And trust me, Luv: Once I quit hating on myself, started uncovering what I was really hungry for and learned how to fulfill my voracious appetite for life in ALL areas of my day-to-day, things got phenomenal. (Because nothing changes in the world, or in anyone else, until we ourselves change first!)

It took me many years to realize I was the one I’d been waiting for, and that I really did have the control over who I became.

But it doesn’t have to take you another second.

Starting right now you can shut off the mean girl in your head who’s so hard on you (and your thighs).

Starting right now you can start putting yourself first.

And starting right now, you can start feeding yourself all the love, affection and damn good food (yep, including wine and chocolate and even maybe a little Havarti cheese!) you want!

Don’t waste the few precious years you have left. Stop the clock. Time is on your side for a younger, stronger, sexier, happier you!  “Aging is Optional”


If I had to describe myself in just a few words, I’d say: Mischievous, adventurous, carefree and does NOT embarrass easily.  (after all, I’m 57 and I can do whatever the hell I want! Dammit;) )

The most daring things I’ve ever done? Home Birth, Downhill Mountain Bike Racing. Or leaving my husband of 23 years, Oh, and being my own boss!

I start everyday in prayer or meditation. I live for lemon water and a healthy breakfast!

I also live for adventure and surprises. I wake each morning with the excitement of a new day waiting to unfold at my feet. I truly believe the best is yet to come and wait, with bated breath, to see what it may hold. I love to learn, I love to listen, I love to serve.

I’m a certified Mastery Level TCM (Transformational Coaching Method ) coach. TCM helps create the foundation for lasting change. The 5-step approach helps clients crystallize what they truly want out of life, understand where they are right now and then show them how to appreciate & overcome obstacles keeping them stuck.

I’m also a happy grad of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, so I have loads of knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching,  different dietary theories and preventative health. I draw on all these skills to help my clients make lifestyle changes that produce real results, real fast.

If I were a cocktail, I would be a Tequila Sunrise – a light and easy cocktail and especially tasty 🙂
